Left at about 13:30 with a massive hangover from the night before and walked to Tooting station to get the train to West Sutton. Got into the ground at about 14:20 and waited for KO. The game itself was one that was enjoyable given the way it went. Within the opening 5 mins we had taken the lead through some good wing play from Ajiboye with his cross being bundled home from Wilson to put us 1-0 up early in the game. Carlisle weren''t that bad for the next 15-20 mins and created a few decent chances and put a few challenging balls into the box which were defended well by us. Having soaked up the pressure we then took control of the game and doubled our lead with about 10 mins left through a lovely bit of play that was stroked into the net from Alistair Smith. We then went into the break 2-0 up and looking comfortable in a game for the first time in a long time. The second half was a fairly even affair for most of it but we managed to see the game out with a third in the 70th min through Smith again who swung a left foot at a lose ball on the edge of the penalty area which again found the bottom corner of the goal. Straight from their kick off they went down to 10 men as well as one of their strikers went into a header with their arms raised leading to a 2nd booking and a sending off. Ajiboye capped off a great performance about 10 mins later after darting through a few of the Carlisle defenders before slotting home the 4th and final goal of the game. Walked back to West Sutton station and got the train back to Tooting and walked home from there, getting back home at about 18:00.
