In a division reeking of mediocrity this was the game from hell. One can only hope that both managers had instructed their players to give the ball to the opposition and if they couldn''t manage that to hoof it wildly. Brackley went ahead in added time before the interval when a needless foul resulted in a penalty dispatched confidently. Gloucester equalised with their first attack of the second half, substitute Mullings hooking home. However they were level only until Brackley''s next attack. Another free-kick saw Walker score from 20 yards. Armson got his second and Brackley''s third late on but I was in the loo considering what a sad life I lead!
