Final. Flew in from Edinburgh and stayed at home overnight. Alex Salmond on same plane but he had a police escort to the ground. I travelled by taxi. Walked through the town centre afterwards. Everywhere was closed and the whole city centre had disappeared under a sea of litter. Train back in morning.

Matt and I before the game had a great time at the fan zone, we snuck into the press boxes during the game and then had to walk through downtown Manchester after all the riots. Crazy stuff and felt unsafe at times but would do it again.
