Tewkesbury Town were crowned Champions of the Gloucestershire Northern Senior League for the 2024-25 season following a 2-0 home victory over their only challengers, second placed Whaddon United, on the afternoon of Easter Saturday, The match against Whaddon United at the Tewkesbury school astroturf was Tewkesbury Town''s last match of the season and anything other than a win would have left the door open for Whaddon United, who, with 4 games left could have stolen a march on their rivals. In the final analysis, though, at the end of an amazing season for both clubs, Tewkesbury Town have secured the title with 85 out of a possible 90 points, having lost just one game and drawn one other and with a goal difference of 99, having scored 122 goals and conceded just 23.
