Constructed on the site of Hull City FCs former grounds at Anlaby Road and The Circle, the 25,504 all seat capacity stadium is nominally oval in shape and consists of a single tier of 20,000 seats with an upper tier on the west side. The venue, used by both Hull City FC and Hull RLFC, has a continuous cantilever roof around three sides and a cantilever roof on the west side. It was originally known as The Kingston upon Hull Community Super Stadium and officially opened on December 18th, 2002 with a friendly match v. Sunderland (22,467). The pitch size was 114 x 74 yards.

If driving to ground: North/West At the end of the M62, and continue onto the A63 towards Hull. Stay on the A63 and take the exit for Beverley/A164. At the roundabout take the third exit for Beverley/ Humber Bridge/ York and go on through three roundabouts and at the fourth take the second exit (Signposted City Centre/ Hull Royal Infirmary) and then turn left at the lights and then over the flyover, right at the next lights and the ground is down on the right. South Take the M1 to Junction 21A take the A46 exit to Braunstone Frith/ Kirby Muxloe/ B5380 then keep right at the fork, follow the signs for A46/ Leicester North/ Newark and merge onto A46 and follow the signs for A46 to just past Lincoln and at the roundabout take the first exit for Humber Bridge/ A15 then at the third roundabout after about 21 mile take the Third Exit for the M180/ Humber Bridge/ Scunthorpe and then take the M180 to Junction 5 and take the sign for Hull/ Hull Airport then at the roundabout take the second exit onto the A15 and cross the Humber Bridge (cost £2.50 for Cars £4 for Buses) then at the roundabout take the third exit (Signposted City Centre/ Hull Royal Infirmary) and then turn left at the lights and then over the flyover, right at the next lights and the ground is down on the right.
 
If using Public Transport: The Stadium is around a 20 minute walk away from Hull Paragon station. Visiting fans should leave the train station on the South side and turn right onto Anlaby Road and walk straight down it past Hull Royal Infirmary after crossing the railway bridge turn right into Walton Street and walk through the park, the ground is in front of you.
