Travelled South as a passenger with two Southampton fans, Alan who i play five a side with and robin his Uncle who i used to work alongside. Considering the score they didn't rub it in as much as they could of! Going one down in the first attack through a defensive error set the tone

Travelled to this match as a car passenger with two exiled Southampton fans from the Wirral, Robin who i used to work with and his nephew Alan who runs one of the 6-a side games i play. To be fair i hadn't ribbed them too much about our famous FA Cup victory so they returned the favour. Worst possible start going 1 down within 2 minutes. The other memorable and funny incident occurred before the match when alan was looking for the 'brick' he had bought and personalised amongst the thousands outside the ground only to find one with my name on(which is'nt a common name)
