Traveleld up on the train with Ray, hoping to see us clinch the title. Desptie the result, news had filtered throguh that cardiff had lost so we were champions anywya. We stayed in the ground refusing to leave until the players came back out for a lap of honour. It was only on the train back afterwards did we realise Cardiff hadn't lost ! Still we could celebrate twice now and next week on our own ground .. ahem !
Wrexham were the only side to do the 'double'over Wolves in this season, Wolves won the old 4th Division comfortably with Steve Bull scoring 50+ goals
