A great game a day out !! Fletch, Daisy, Ninnie, Jimmy, Warren, Joe, Big Eck, Help & Cash travelled to the south coast to witness a supurb away victory. The day began with the train being delayed, a couple of cans on the train for some and a bit of gambling and within no time well, two hours and forty minutes we had arrived.   After a long uphill walk we eventually stumble upon a yates's pub and the days drinking began, a few pints and shots and a walk to the ground with a sing song on the way and the game was soon up and running.   A slow first half for Birmingham ended in them conseeding just bfore half time and going in one down. Both sides had a goal dissallowed. A pint at half time and we where soon out for the second half. The second half was a massive inprovement and within three minutes Blues where level, Cameron Jerome set up Gary O'Connor who cooly passed the ball in to the net. Blues where well on top and began to make chances, James Mcfadden went close and Liam Ridgewell had a goal dissalowed for offside !! It looked as if the game may be a draw but then enter super Kev !! Fresh from his winner the week before the super sub come on with 14 minutes left to win the game !! Mcfadden beat his man on the flank and put over a teasing cross, Marcus bent headed down and his header was handled on the line, Phillips picked up th pieces and at the second attemp poked home !! The away end erupted, people where flying everywhere, Fletch chased big eck down the stepped but soon gave up as the 30 yar old was a bit quick for him !! He ran back uo hugging anyone he could ! Blues saw out the remainder of the game and won 2-1. Birmingham supporters where exstatic at full time and jumping for joy !!   A walk back in to the town centre and a few more in yates before a KFC and the train home !! A couple of beers on th train and a few games of cards and soon everyone was back in brum !! Joe helped make the return a lot more amusing by managing to fall off the train, unfortunately I missed this !! The group departed home, Fletch and Jimmy having a little more stamina than everyone else had a drink in Island bar and a couple in the dragon before returning home !! A excellent day all round and a first league away win for eight months !!
