I took the opportunity to see this match during a golf trip with Tony Link & Mick Hempstock at Lytham. I got from out hotel via tram and it was interesting to pass Rossall School where my Uncle Bernard had been a pupil. The match was exciting and the giant scoreboard amused me as it played Captain Pugwash music after Fleetwood's goal and a cartoon fish wriggled around on it.
