Picked up by D at 5.45am and dropped back at 11.30pm. Spent 2.5 hrs in Newcastle & 12.5 hrs on a coach !!!!! Had to climb 14 flights of stairs to get to our seats !!!! An early second half strike sealed it for them but a good goal from Hogan at least gave us something to cheer. As predicted earlier in the season this would be the largest crowd I''d seen the bees play in front of but didn''t really give much thought to the bees biggest crowds historically. An impressive 51,885 turned up today making it the 5th highest league attendance ever for a Brentford match and the largest for 69 years.
