The last game off the season and crunch time !! Blues must win to stay up or face a return to the third tier off english football !!   As a birthday treat Lorraine has arranged for 40 year old Dave to be mascot. He leads the team out in a yellow kit for some reason !! The family get to meet the players, go in the dressing room, have match tickets and Dave keeps the kit !! The players wont pass to the old timer and he dosen''t get much touches on the ball.   The game begns and is a nervous opening, Charlton with noting to play for play well and keep Blues at bay, the teams go in at the break goalless !!   The second half begins and soon make the breakthrough !! Paul Moulden scores five minutes after the break to send the supporters wild !! This is the first time Fletch counts the clock down during a game and the last half hour or so feels like three weeks !! Blues hang on to win 1-0 and survive the drop !! The fans go wild and invade the pitch, everyone is happy and Blues can look forward to another season in the second tier of the english game !! Its a sussesful day for mascot Dave also !!
