One of my personal favorites this little ground, difficult to find if you approach from Hayes Road towards Hayes Lane , the Satnav will point you to someone''s house! The ground is up a lane between the houses and is only signposted by a tiny sign and only from the other direction. But its great when you get in ! Stand seating being one goal and on one side and terracing all around. Good bars in two locations on one side of the ground, plenty of loo space and overall a great atmosphere created by the Sutton Utd fans made it an enjoyable afternoon.
