Two first half goals gave the hosts victory which could have been greater, the keeper being rounded in the second half but the shot from a tight angle was cleared off the line. Bridge had a deflected effort hit the post late on. Generally felt an ill tempered game but the referee was happy to let most challenges go unpunished.
