After meeting a family of Wrexham fans on holiday in 1994 we always went down when Burnley played there. Wrexham then fell into the hands of the dreadful Hamilton who tried to sell the ground and thereby ruin the club. This match was one where Wrexham called on fans of oher clubs to show support, hence the large crowd. Brighton were well represented, despite being at home that day. Other clubs noticed were West Brom, Wolves, Sunderland, Man City, Preston, Stoke City and Notts Forest. In the game itself Leroy Lita was excellent.
