I was working at Volkswagen - Audi head office in Ramsgate and one of the blokes in the warehouse said his son played for Gillingham and there was free tickets for anyone who wanted to go to this game. I remember there were a few of us went and when we got there and he eventually got the envelope his son had left there was not enough tickets and i did not get one so had to pay to get in. I was 17 years old and did not have much money so was not happy i recall believing he had conned us to go. I think the son was Mark Weatherley who played at number 8 and as i recall he was terrible !!.
