I went with a Leeds fan (George) to this game, it being one of the fiecest rivalries in the game, although as a Londoner I''m not sure I really appreciated it at the time. We woke up in Bradford to a layer of snow and a hangover, following a pub crawl on the Friday (no wonder I failed my degree!). I called Old Trafford to find out if the game was on - to be told Manchester had had no snow - I felt a bit of an idiot. As we did not have tickets for the match George and I went in a Man U. section. Fortunately he is from the North East so was not sussed. The mst impressive bit was that he kept quiet when Leeds scored the winner in the last minute.
