Went to this game with Craig on a wet saturday afternoon. Arrived just before kick off and headed in, begrudged paying a little bit as it would have been easy to walk round the side of the non-enclosed ground and get in for nothing! Brantham have not applied to go up even though they are in with a good shot of promotion. Despite spending 400k + on doing up the facilities they still don''t have the required enclosed ground and other facilities needed for the Ryman League. The game was a cagey affair and lacked quality at times. The main reason for going to this particular match was to see my mate Mikey play for Diss. Within a few minutes of kick off he had been booked for a awful over the top studs up challenge which really he should of seen red for! Game wasn''t great, conditions making it difficult. Brantham won the contest with a single goal and probably just about deserved it on balance.
