Play-off Final 1st leg. Aggregate after 2nd leg 1-1. I was at Glenshiel Lodge when the replay at St Andrews took place. Radio reception was terrible but could just about hear that it was 0-0 after 90 minutes and that Leeds went ahead in the first period of extra time. Bought the brother a whisky after the heroic Peter Shirtliff (who should have been sent off before for mistaking a Leeds player's head for the ball) got 2 goals in the 2nd period. Fergy got me a programme. CAFC are the only 1st division club to avoid relegation after being in the play-offs.
