Match no. 749. My first FA Premier League game. Teddy Sheringham and Gordon Durie scored for Spurs either side of half-time. United goalkeeper Simon Tracey was red-carded on 84 minutes so sub goalie Alan Kelly was sent on in place of Glyn Hodges. Linesman Mr Pearson had taken over as referee from Mr Mitchell on 72 minutes.
