Left house at 12:15 with dad and Joseph. Got on the northern line at tooting broadway and changed at Stockwell to get to Finsbury Park station. Got on train to Stevenage and when we arrived took the 20 min walk to the ground. Sat in the far left hand corner of the main stand. Brentford took lead and Stevenage came back to make it 2-1. Second half was quite dull compared to first half. On the way back we got on the train that took about 45 mins to get to Finsbury Park instead of 20 mins. Got train back from Victoria to Streatham common.

With Douglas and Bidwell back in league action after long lay offs we got off to a good strong start which saw the Bees 1 up on 13 mins through Donaldson. However, an absolute clanger by Button gifted Stevenage an equaliser. Button's attempt to try and dribble the ball around the oncoming striker was foolhardy, the ball richocheting in off Zoko. Again, the confidence seemed to drain from The Bees and Stevenage went on to get a second and a lead they never looked likely to relinquish. Their first win in 6 games and first home win of the season lifted them off joint bottom. Worrying times for the Bees with Rosler coming under huge pressure now.
