Been to Villa Park many times but this was my first trip - final day of the season - already promoted Villa playing us who were battling for promotion with Norwich. We lost 2-0 in a white hot atmosphere and Villa and Norwich were promoted with champions Manchester United. Yes, I remember them playing what is now the Championship. It probably wasn''t the worst thing as we got promoted the following year.
