Sneaked in to the North Stand with the home fans. Manchester United were brilliant in a first half disrupted by long injury treatment and lead 1-0 at half time. Aston Villa were better in the second half and had a couple of chances, but United were comfortable. Home fans were silent, but I was next to the great away fans anyway. There was also a pre-match minutes applause for the late Gary Speed.
