Match no. 866. First visit to The Dripping Pan. Went with a friend who was working with a Lewes FC director at the time. Lewes FC were completely overwhelmed by the large number of Newport fans who turned up. The clubhouse bar had to be closed and police reinforcements (in riot gear) summoned to control the crowd.
