First day of 1978-79 season and a scorcher of a day. Tony Currie scored from about the corner flag into the North Bank goal.Walking out of the ground we listened to the Radio 2 commentary from Forest v Spurs.  That game had been delayed because of the huge crowd wanting to see the champions and Ardiles and Villa.
