Nicky Boshell rescued a point for Guiseley with a late penalty to deny struggling Boreham Wood.
A poor first half saw both sides struggle to create chances and the few that Guiseley created were skied out of the ground.
The second half was an improvement, and managerless Boreham Wood took the lead when an unmarked Clovis Kamdjo, (on loan from FGR) headed powerfully past Guiseley keeper Steven Drench.
Guiseley levelled late on after the previously impeccable Joe Devera fouled Will Hatfield in the box and although his shot found the net, referee Brooke had already whistled for the penalty and Boshell stepped up to fire past James Russell, for an undeserved point.
