Peterborough first team v Tottenham youngster. Train up direct from kings Cross after early turn at work, only 45 minute journey but £27 return. £10 ticket. Went by myself
Lovely sunny summers afternoon. Sat in the front row, probably about 500-1000 tottenham fans
Didn't recognise a single player as the programme (£1) printed the names of the first team on the back and the players didn't have names on their shirt! Went 2-0 down, got it back to 2-2 but lost in the last few minutes.
Easy jouney back to London
Peterborough town centre some impressive buildings and a fine catherdral. Very multi cultural
