Despite being a local boy I didn''t know of the ground so it was a complete surprise-until this day i was a Man U fan!
Had chips before game and a rosette of Trevor Howard at ground. Went with older cousin Christine and my cousin Nicky. Left at 2-1 as it was my first game. Heard Silvester had made it 3-1 by an old fella on a bike, riding past us on Carrow Bridge. Found out it was 3-2 when I got home.
