Comments :
Bromsgrove Sporting's unbeaten run continued with a comprehensive 4-0 victory against a depleted Stafford Town at Evans Park. Sporting now need 7 points from the last 7 games to lift the Division One title. Sporting got a foot hold in the game early on when a Chris Lloyd double gave them a 2-0 lead, his first goal came in the 7th minute when a cross field pass from skipper Craig Jones found Lloyd out on the left, his first touch was sublime to put him in on goal and he curled a shot past 'keeper Josh Moreton. The second came on 19th minute after he followed up Jason Cowley's thunderous shot after it had rebounded off the crossbar. Town made a substitution on 35 minutes and looked in far better shape so that Sporting had to wait until the 77th minute to increase their lead, after a corner from the right from Lloyd, was headed on by Jones, and was converted by substitute Alfie Bloomer at the second attempt. The fourth goal came in the 84th minute when Robbie Bunn's cross was turned into his own net by central defender Tom Wright. 176 at the game, plenty more stuck on M6!
