Match no. 1295. Spurs dominated the second-half and were winning 1-0 when we left with 5 minutes to go (unusual for us but we needed to get a head start on the tube station queue). On our way down Wembley Way we heard a muted cheer which my son immediately, and correctly, identified as a Burnley equaliser! I have seen Burnley play 18 times over the years (only 2 wins!) and this was the 8th different ground I've seen them play at, easily the most for any club that I've never seen play at home. The grounds are Highbury, Upton Park, Stamford Bridge, White Hart Lane, Underhill, Vicarage Road, London Stadium and Wembley. This was only the third time I've been to games on 3 successive days - the previous occasions were in 1972 (Match nos 270-272) and 2016 (Match nos 1219-1221). 40 years ago today - Match no. 403 - West Ham 0-1 Manchester City.
