As a West Ham fan, the least said about this the better. Having conceded an awful goal very early in the game we should have been in front by half-time, but for Foster's goalkeeping heroics. The second half was dire: the only bright moment being the unfurling of a banner saying Fat Sam Out - Killing WHU, a view shared by the majority of West Ham fans for the past few months. Only Sam himself is saying that the knockers are only a minority. Dreadful performance - dreadful result which kept us in the relegation picture a little longer.
