| Newport scored after 30 seconds or so, and I thought I was in for a cracker. However, the game slowly deteriorated, and the early second half was truly terrible! Kevin Ellison came on to boos from the home crowd, and had a bit of banter with the fans before running up the pitch and scoring. Cue hand cupped to ear! Newport then put the pressure on, but couldn''t score another. Perhaps a fair result.
