Having seen both teams play home and away this trip was for the ground. Thought i''d missed out on Murryfield with the SFA choosing to invest in Hampden and with Hearts having completed their ground renovations. Saw the fixture late but bought my ticket over the phone setting off early just after 6AM for the early kick off having to pick the ticket up from Tynecastle. I new their would be parking issues but found street parking about 15minutes walk away but with my mobile being out of action I couldn''t use the maps function and had to retrace my steps the long way after the game in order to find my car! Disappointed that once I was in the ground I managed to lose my ticket and had a frantic time trying to get my seat details but their where some ticket helpers inside the ground and a quick call gave me the info I needed and I managed to pick up a discarded ticket on the way out as a souvenir. The game started on a slow burn with a penalty and a goalkeeping error eventually lighting the touch paper for Celtic who could have scored half a dozen after that but had to settle for four. Hearts actually had the ball in the net first but it was ruled out for offside. Took longer to escape the city on the way home but still made it back in time to meet friends for a meal out just after half eight. The weekend would however be remembered for the horrific helicopter crash at Leicester and Glen Hoddle suffering a heart attack.
