Left home in Chester at about 12:30 and walked to the train station. Got the train just after 13:00 and got off at Northwich just after 13:30 and walked to the ground. It took about 30 mins to walk to the ground along a busy A road. Got to the ground at about 14:00 and stood along the touchline opposite the main stand. The first half was an average half with FC United looking the better side and playing the better football. Both sides had chances in the 1st half to take the lead but neither of them took them. FC United came out in the 2nd half and completely bossed the 2nd half scoring 2 goals to go 0-2 up. The first was drilled across the box towards the back post where it was thumped home and the 2nd was a delightful free kick which flew past everyone in the box into the top corner. FC deservedly were 0-2 up until around the 70th min when Witton's number 15 equalised. Witton piled on the pressure and got their equaliser about 5 mins before the end again from number 15 who was their best player even though he only came on in the 2nd half. FC went and re-took the lead once again in injury time and looked to take a deserved 3 points but Witton managed to equalise about 3 mins into injury time and managed to get a point out of the game which they probably didn't deserve.
