Left home at about 11:30 and walked to Chester station and got the train to Newton le Willows where I changed to get the train to Huddersfield. Got to Huddersfield at about 13:30 and walked for about 15 mins to get to the ground. The ground itself is a nice one to watch football in with good facilities and a good atmosphere. The game itself was an entertaining one but only one team turned up on the day as Charlton were awful. Karlan Grant put Huddersfield in front through a mistake at the back by the Charlton CB. Huddersfield managed to double their lead around the 75 mins through Mounie after a bit of Charlton pressure but nothing to worry Huddersfield. They extended their lead in the last minute of the game and made it 4-0 from a screamer in the last minute. Walked back to the station and got the 17:20 train back to Manchester Victoria and then got the train back to Chester getting in at about 19:30.
