Was going to go to Chester v Boston but was postponned the day before because of the coronavirus outbreak which postponned nearly all games in the country apart from a choose few in non league. Left home at about 11:45 and went to Chester station. Got the train to Shrewsbury and then changed to Wellington. The ground was about 15 mins walk from the station and I arrived at about 14:00. Walked around the ground which is most definitely up to football league standard. The game itself was a good one with both sides attempting to play football put struggling at times because of the poor pitch in place. Telford looked the much better side throughout the game and played 3 at the back very successfully with both wing backs playing a very good game especially the RWB. Telford opened the scoring after about 30 mins and then doubled their lead about 5 mins later. They further extended their lead around the 60 mins mark before Kettering got one back about 10 mins later to make it an entertaining end to the game with Kettering attempting to claw the game back but didn't add to their consolation goal. Walked back to the station and got on a train to Shrewsbury straight away which allowed me to get the train to Chester an hour earlier. Got back home at about 18:40.
