I had hoped to cross of my final national league ground today but had to fall back on my backup game after Altrincham chose not to do a coach to Weymouth(1-4). Nice to get a programme and a proper ticket even if no goals. Wealdstone keeper man of the match with some fine saves and putting his body on the line after a nasty collision in the first half and backing into a post catching a cross in the second. Weadstone offered little threat up front but Wrexham faded after the break with the visitors playing deep. They huffed and puffed towards the end but lacked a killer finish
