A last minute penalty to Hampton cost Farnborough Town the match and they were pipped to promotion by Harlow Town. As referee, you just give what you see in front of you regardless of whether it gets a club promoted or relegated as I had to point out to one of the Farnborough players. They were a good team and were promoted soon enough.
