Both teams were confirmed to be in the promotion play-offs with one game remaining but Dunstable gained the advantage, leapfrogging Ware into 3rd place, meaning they are in pole position for a home semi-final while Ware will probably have to settle for an away game. The game turned on a brilliant save by Dunstable goalie Stacey when Ofori''s shot looked certain to find the net in the 68th minute. Within 6 minutes two excellent goals by Dunstable centre-forward Matshazi put them 2-0 ahead and Ware could only manage a single goal in added time in reply.
