| First game of the new season. Left home at about 10:30 and walked to Streatham station before getting train to St Pancras. Walked to Euston and got the 11:45 train to Tamworth. Met Alb at the station having not seen him for four-and-a-half years. Went to spoons for some food before heading to ground. The game itself was pretty dire and not many chances were created from either side. Tamworth took the lead with five minutes remaining after a mistake from Arnold in goal. Managed to snatch an equaliser in injury time and gain first point of the season. Walked back to the station and got train back to London. Got home at about 20:20.
