Left home at about 9:40 and got the tube to Euston. My train to Stafford was delayed which led to me missing my connection. Had to carry on the train till Crewe and then get the train to Longport from Crewe. Arrived at the ground at about 14:15. The ground itself is a good one and full of character. The match itself was awful with very few chances of note from either side in the first half. Gillingham took the lead in the second half with a lovely strike which ended up being the only moment of quality during the game. Left the ground just after 17:00 and walked to Longport station. Got the train back to Stafford before changing for London. Got back to Euston at about 20:00 and got home at 20:45.
