Went with Lee as had nothing much else to do on s bank holiday Friday. Quite a good game and enjoyed it.

Went with Rob on this Easter Good Friday. Met in Braintree and had Rob to thank after allowing my Sat Nav to take me down a dead end, Rob noticed me go past and gave me a call to direct me! Parked up down a really dodgy looking Cul de sac and was worried about leaving my car there. 3 minute walk to the ground which was hidden amongst a dodgy housing estate. Ground itself was very basic but given the level not too bad. Game was Ok, first half flew by and Braintree scored a classy goal, when a decent through ball was put away by the Braintree forward who outsprinted the Welling Centre Half. Second half wasn''t as good but Welling played better and had one clear chance cleared off the line. All in all a nice little local trip and having left with 2 minutes left for a prompt getaway was back home drinking tea by 17:05!
