Game 19. This was our first game which included a stopover, Bournemouth is a 4 hour drive so we decided to go on the Friday night and have an evening out in town. We arrived at the Travelodge* at the seafront at about 5pm. We decided to have a walk in to town to find somewhere to eat later. We must have walked a good few miles abd eventually found loads of restaurants and bars. We popped back to the hotel for a quick change and then headed straight back in to town. We ended up at Zorbas, a family run greek restaurant. As always we chose to have the Meze which included 20 dishes. The meal was very good. After this went went to a couple of pubs. We witnessed a couple of the classy ladies of Bournemouth. The first one had passed out and was being propped over some railings by her mate. Her underear was also on show for all to see! Around the corner just as we were entering the pub a girl came out of the bext door buiding and just threw up against the wall. Nice. The next day we parked at the ground and had a walk in to Boscombe. We walked all the way to the seafront and ate at the Harvester. The game itself was ok. Bournemouth were always in control and ran out worthy 3-0 winners. *The towels aren't where they should be!
