Comments :
I went to this match with my golf friends Mick Hempstock and Colin North. I met with Mick in the car park and we went in. We decided to sit at the half way line in the main stand which had three rows of seats along the whole edge of the ground. There was nothing behind each goal other than flat tarmac and on the other side a smaller stand. Brigg were up against it from the start and Hall Road hit the post twice. Colin turned up midway though the first half which was great because we had thought he was not coming. At half time it was 0-0. Mick got a cup of tea and I had a Burger. It was disgusting! We met an interesting character called John North. He was amusing. The second half a Brigg played better but continued to struggle. They kept just punting the ball forwards! Hall Road on the other hand played some neat football at times. Brigg were almost good for a draw but then two goals were scored and it was all over. We left the ground and I gave Mick a lift to the corner of Hawthorn Avenue.
