All the star turned out for Arsenal at Roots Hall, and it TOok, Platt just 7 minutes to open his Arsenal account. With him in Arsenal's line up were Dennis Bergkamp, Tony Adams, Dixon, Winterburn, Bould, Ian Wright & Paul Merson. Ray the Romford Rocket Parlour, added a second in the 34th minute, and Platt's replacement Glenn Helder then netted a third. Blues did manage to beat Adam's and co. though with Dominic Iorfa reducing the deficit.
