Went straight from work at Battersea Park Zoo. Left work at about 18:00 and got the train from Battersea Park to Sutton and changed to get to West Sutton. Got to the ground at about 19:25 and sold programmes for about 15 mins before KO. The game itself was a game of 2 halves. The first 20 mins was a bit dire with not much happening before Barnet took control and zipped the ball around with pace and precision and we struggled to get a grip of the game. The got given a penalty around the 40th min and went 0-1 up. Once the 2nd half started Barnet had the best of the first 15 mins and should've easily have gone 2 or 3-0 up but didn't take their chances. Tom Bolarinwa came on around the 60th min and changed the game completely. With his 1st touch he sent up Beautyman to equalise and once we got level we started playing some really good football along the ground and moving the ball about the pitch with pace and precision. We had a few chances to score in the last 30 mins but nothing clear cut and overall a draw was probably a fair result. Dad picked me up after the game and we got home at about 22:00.
