HARROW BOROUGH HASTINGS UNITED 1 Keita Karamoko 1 Greg Nessling (sub 45) 2 Charlie Wassmer 2 Steve Elliott 3 Erkan Ozerek 3 Jimmy Elford 4 Wayne Walters 4 Rhys Whyborne 5 Danny Leech 5 Scott Ramsay 6 Kwasi Frempong 6 Lee Carey (90) 7 Jonathan Hunt (sub 75) 7 Michael Phillips (sub 51) 8 James Fraser 8 Tim Olorunda 9 Jake Lovell 9 Ade Olorunda (80) 10 Rocky Baptiste (sub 75) 10 Sam Adams (74p) 11 Kenta Nakashima (sub 58) 11 Liam Upton 12 Danny McGonigle 12 Danny Spice (sub 51) 14 Dewayne Clarke (sub 75) 14 Luke Newman 15 Dean Fenton (sub 75) 15 Matt Maclean 16 Jonathan Constant (sub 58) 16 Jani Seitsonen (sub 45) 17 John Armand 17 Tony Dolby Three goals in the last fifteen minutes gave a slightly distorted look to the final score at Earlsmead on Saturday, but only the most myopic Harrow supporter would deny that the Sussex visitors shaded things on the day and deserved to take the points. There were five changes to the line-up that had faced Waltham Abbey on Monday. An injury to Andray Baptiste gave a first start in a Harrow shirt for a couple of years for Malian keeper Keita Karamoko. Elsewhere, Jake Lovell came in for Dewayne Clarke up-front, Kenta Nakashima returned for Jonathan Constant, while Danny Leech and Erkan Ozerek replaced Rickey Browne and Simon Dahl in defence. In the opening minutes, Harrow had what proved to be their best opportunity of the match. Kenta Nakashima found Rocky Baptiste, who laid the ball off to Lovell, who hit a crisp shot beyond Nessling but also just past the far post. Karamoko was immediately in action at the other end, with a superb one-handed save, diving to his left, to keep out Phillips’ flick header. Jonathan Hunt curled a free-kick narrowly over, before Leech brought down a corner beyond the far post and shot wide. Charlie Wassmer then set up James Fraser for a fierce 25-yard effort that Nessling dived to push round the post. Karamoko had to be alert to move across goal and turn round an inswinging free-kick by Phillips. Ade Olorunda then bustled his way past Wassmer and bore down on Karamoko’s goal, but the Harrow custodian stood up boldly and saved. Hastings ought to have taken the lead late in the half as the ball was headed across goal to Phillips, who poked it wide when it looked easier to score. The second-half opened with a flare-up, that saw Phillips booked and rapidly substituted by visiting manager Tony Dolby. A stretching Leech was close to converting a free-kick by Hunt, whose corner was then headed wide by Baptiste. Wassmer had two headers from Hunt free-kicks saved by Seitsonen, who had replaced Nessling in the Hastings goal at the break. Karamoko saved an Elliott shot, his defence reacting well to clear the loose ball, and Ade Olorunda lobbed the ball just over the bar. In the 74th minute, Adams turned Ozerek on the Harrow left. Wassmer came across and brought him down as he closed in on the penalty area. Referee Lugg and his assistant ruled that the offence had been inside the box, despite home protests, and Adams got up to sent Karamoko the wrong way from the spot. A stunned Harrow gave away a second goal in the 80th minute. Substitute Constant lost the ball on the left, Ozerek tried to clear up but put Wassmer under pressure in doing so. His back-pass was played short of Karamoko, and the keeper then hesitated as he came out towards the ball. Ade Olorunda got to it, went past Karamoko, and slid the ball in. That was the killer goal, and although Kwasi Frempong shot over, and Constant set up Wayne Walters for a shot comfortably held by Seitsonen, it was Hastings who rounded off their victory a minute into stoppage-time when Ade Olorunda got round Ozerek and squared the ball for Carey to run into the goal.
