Another good away day, Left home at 6:45 with Dad and drove to Sutton''s ground where we caught the coach to Bradford. Left Sutton at about 7:20 and stopped twice at service stations before arriving at the ground at 12:20. Walked round the ground with Dad before deciding to go to the Bradford Arms pub but they didn''t have the football on. After having a pint we then went to the ground and went inside. The game itself was one of the better Sutton one''s I''ve seen in a while. We managed to put out a stronger side than we expected due to injuries and comfortably were the better side for large parts of the game without creating too many clear cut chances. Managed to take the lead after Bugiel was bundled over in the box which resulted in a penalty and a red card. Milsom dispatched the penalty that put us 0-1 up. Frustratingly we only managed to hold the lead for a couple of minutes before Bradford equalised from a free kick. We then managed to dominate the rest of the half and the majority of the second half and eventually took the lead again with about 15 mins of the game remaining through Ali Smith''s header which looked to be at that point the winner and a result that we could hold out. Sadly, we only held out for 5 mins before Bradford equalised again. Didn''t create too much in the last 10 or so minutes but a point on the road is always a good point. Got back on the coach and left at 17:40. Got back to Sutton at about 22:20 and got home just before 22:45.
