Gutted I could only get 1 ticket for this game but it was on my 3rd visit to Anfield I eventually was handed my ticket. Liverpool F C refunded the £30 ticket cost following my complaints so in effect got a free Wembley ticket.
I drove to Pinner from Maustin Park Caravan Park in Netherby, North Yorkshire where we were staying for a short holiday. 196 miles each way or 3.5 hours each way. I parked up on a driveway in 39 Grange Gardens, Pinner about 1pm and walked 5 minutes to Pinner Station to get on the Tube on the Metropolitan Line. 4 stops later I was at Wembley Stadium.
As you walk along Wembley Way the Liverpool fans were on the right (yellow section) and the City fans were on the left (green section). Level 5 and second to back row was still a great view and the Liverpool support and singing was amazing. Man City returned 7000 of their semi-final ticket allocation. The new Jurgen song ''I Feel Fine'' was being sung relentlessly and after the game Dua Lipa ''One Kiss'' was sung.
A very smooth journey their and home too, got back to Netherby about 9:30pm.
