Flew into knock before getting the coach on a trip that would take three hours, unfortunately it was forty minutes late but as it was an 8pm kick off i still had half an hour to spare. My hosts in my self catering accommodation went above and beyond meeting me of the coach to take my luggage and collecting me after the game. Had emailed the club in advance and the staff were friendly and helpful particularly the photographer. The game was a damp squib UCD looked stronger first half and had by far the best chance with a one on one saved but Harps dominated possession after the break with the winning goal for UCD coming against the run of play with one of their few attacks a cross was met an headed home by an unmarked player with the keeper out of position.
