Being at uni around the corner, thought this would be a perfect time for my first away day with the county. For October, it was absolutely scorching hot, shorts and i was still baked. Got the train from Bedford to Bletchley but managed to get lost going to the stadium, locals were clueless as well, but after an adventure around one of the estates and a walk along a main road, I finally found it. Looked very decent and certainly had character with half of the stadium, below ground level. Ticket bought, I had a bite to eat at one of the franchises before entering, electronic ticket turnstiles which was the first time i'd seen that in action. Stadium on the inside was very impressive, the top tier which hasnt yet been seated detracted slightly from it, but still impressive nonetheless, had a friendly chat with a steward about the stadium which was interesting. Game was a nightmare for us, Julian Kelly was sent off in the 2nd minute for handling on the line. Stuart Nelson saved it, as he seemingly always does. Was all downhill from there though, lost 3-0 in the end with few positives. We made a fair noise, considering, and enjoyed the sunny weather. Getting away was easy, walkers were giving priority over cars in the franchise area and it was much easier to find the station back with it signposted. Memorable Moments - Stewards arguing over who had more power, seeing them almost come to blows and having a good dozen of them trying to pull the two apart. Nelsons penalty save.

Hate grounds in the middle of no-where.Car park like a rubble heap, but couldnt help but admire the look of the Stadium.! Facilities good and fantastic padded seats. Not a very big crowd which in a big stadium is a shame so the atmosphere not great.
